How to Choose the Right Biker Suit

A good biker suit is protective gear first and fashion second. Before you pay, it helps to know what actually makes one suit better than another.
Start with the leather
Full-grain cowhide between 1.2 and 1.4 mm is a common choice for riding suits because it offers strong abrasion resistance for both high-speed riding and daily commuting. Thinner leather is lighter but gives less protection.
Check the fit
A suit should feel snug without restricting movement when you sit in a riding position. Pay attention to the shoulders, knees and elbows, where armour should stay in place. Leather has little stretch, so avoid sizing down.
Look at stitching
Reinforced seams in high-stress areas make a real difference in a slide. Check that stitching is even and that panels line up.
Think about branding
If you run a shop or a riding club, we can make suits in different colours with your own brand logo.
